As the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Syntagma Holdings, LLC, Tom plays a key role in driving Syntagma’s direction strategically, in conjunction with his team of industry leaders. From the onset, Tom has endeavored to build a team and a platform predicated on consistency and staying power. Syntagma strives to not only grow and thrive as an entity, but to foster an environment within which its future leaders are given the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally. Tom founded Syntagma in August of 2017. Today the company boasts 4 locations and has been named to the Boston Business Journals Fast 50, a prestigious group of the fastest growing privately held companies headquartered in Massachusetts, for the years 2022 & 2023. Tom graduated from Babson College with a BS in Management.
As Director of Technology, Tom is responsible for the strategic direction of Syntagma Holdings LLC Technology business unit. Tom has successfully built multiple high performing teams for both large publicly traded and smaller, privately held recruiting and consulting firms. Tom has been and is now an advocate for driving sales culture. He has been lauded for his genuine interest in helping younger professionals grow personally and professionally. Having attended the engineering school at Northeastern University, Tom has always been technically inclined, which has served our customers well as he is able to demonstrate a strong understanding of current and evolving technologies.
As Director of Finance & Accounting, Cole is responsible for the strategic direction of Syntagma Holdings LLC F&A and Financial Services business units in the New England. Cole has a long and successful track record of working within large national firms as well as smaller, specialized consulting and recruiting firms. Cole prides himself on teaching and guiding younger professional partners the correct way to execute our business. His technical knowledge of the finance & accounting verticals has helped propel his team to one of the firm’s top revenue producing business units. Cole graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a BS in Management.
As Managing Partner of Syntagma Holdings, LLC, Frank is responsible for the strategic direction of Syntagma’s operations in New York / New Jersey. He is an accomplished business leader with a diverse recruiting background including expertise within the accounting, finance, and IT verticals. Prior to joining Syntagma, Frank had a long and successful career at one of the pre-eminent S&P 500 recruiting firms successfully growing top producing operations in NY (Wall Street) and NJ (Princeton & Red Bank). Frank graduated from Baruch College with a BS in Marketing Management.
Chris is Syntagma Holdings LLC most accomplished sales leader specializing in the creative services / digital transformation vertical. Chris has always had an insatiable appetite for new business development and is constantly increasing the firms footprint with new and existing customer development. He is widely recognized as an expert in the creative arena not only understanding the many nuances within, but also current industry trends and new technologies.
Prior to joining Syntagma, Chris had a long and successful career winning many annual President’s Awards at one of the pre-eminent S&P 500 recruiting firms.
Chris graduated from the University of South Carolina with a BA, English.
As Director of Finance & Accounting, Jennifer is responsible for the strategic direction of Syntagma Holdings LLC F&A and Financial Services business units in the Mid-Atlantic. Jennifer began her career in recruiting in 1998 quickly establishing herself as an industry expert in the F&A vertical. She joined Syntagma in April of 2022 after great stints at two larger, established firms. Following her recent and well deserved promotion to Director, Jennifer is now charged with building what will be a formidable team servicing all sectors within financial services + F&A arenas. She graduated with a BA from William Paterson University & is a life long resident of Monmouth County, NJ.
As Senior Manager of Recruiting, Nicole is responsible for Syntagma Holdings LLC technology business unit in Boston, Massachusetts. Nicole values every relationship and carries herself with a steady and confident demeanor. She is one of the firm’s top producing leaders. Nicole was recognized by the Boston Business Journal during Women’s History Month, March 2023, for her outstanding contribution to Syntagma Group.
Nicole was a college athlete at Fitchburg State University where she earned a BA, Interdisciplinary Studies.
As the Chief Operating Officer of Syntagma Holdings, LLC, Soo is responsible for managing and driving all back-office operations including but not limited to financial management, CRM management, PEO management & benefit administration. Before joining Syntagma, Soo spent almost 17 years as District Administrative Coordinator for one of the pre-eminent S&P 500 recruiting firms supporting all back-office operations for one of the company’s top revenue producing Districts. Soo graduated from Penn State University with a BS in Human Development Studies.
