Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead our enterprise planning, forecasting, and financial performance function.
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this is a senior leadership role with significant visibility across the organization. You’ll lead and develop the FP&A team, partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership, provide insights to our private equity partner and Board.
We’re looking for a finance leader who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution—someone who can challenge assumptions, build sophisticated financial models, identify opportunities and risks, and turn complex financial information into clear recommendations that drive business decisions.
If you want to build and lead a best-in-class FP&A function while having a meaningful voice in the direction of the business, this is that opportunity.
What You’ll Lead
• Own and lead the Company's FP&A function, including the development, performance, and strategic direction of the team.
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long-Range Plan (LRP), and rolling forecast processes across the enterprise.
• Establish financial targets, planning assumptions, KPIs, and performance benchmarks in partnership with executive leadership.
• Develop and oversee sophisticated financial models, scenario analyses, and forward-looking business forecasts.
• Analyze business performance, identify emerging risks and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Partner directly with the CFO, CEO, executive leadership, private equity partner, and Board on financial performance and strategic priorities.
• Deliver executive-level reporting and presentations that clearly communicate performance, outlook, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead profitability analysis, cost-structure evaluation, capital allocation, and ROI assessments.
• Provide financial leadership around major investments, strategic initiatives, acquisitions, integrations, and capital projects.
• Build strong partnerships with operational and functional leaders, challenging assumptions and helping teams understand the financial impact of business decisions.
• Lead, coach, and develop FP&A Managers, Senior Analysts, and Analysts while building a high-performing and accountable finance organization.
• Establish team structure, priorities, performance expectations, development plans, and future staffing needs.
• Drive continuous improvement across financial planning systems, reporting infrastructure, analytics, and forecasting methodologies.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of FP&A technology and automation to create more scalable, efficient, and insightful planning processes.

• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related discipline.
• 3–5+ years of direct leadership experience managing and developing FP&A or corporate finance professionals.
