Job Title: Sourcing Manager – Indirect Services

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sourcing Manager – Services to join our team, reporting to the Director, Indirect Procurement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of Corporate Services, e.g., Marketing, HR, Professional Services, T&E, Fleet, and SaaS). The candidate will develop and implement sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for a broad range of indirect services and goods
- Pursue opportunities for significant OpEx and CapEx cost reductions and budget savings
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure the best possible pricing and terms
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure that they meet or exceed performance expectations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that procurement activities align with business objectives
- Manage and report on savings KPIs to Executives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in indirect procurement, commodity management, or related field
- Experience in change and continuous process improvement
- Flexible to manage and support new categories
- Strong negotiation skills and experience negotiating contracts with suppliers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP Ariba
