Location:

The Operations Manager supports the needs and objectives of the Operations team, led by the Managing Director of Operations. This role assists in daily activities across the organization to increase operational efficiency, including human resources, talent, finance, technology, and operations. The Operations Manager will also support client and project objectives, as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Management:
    • Support the development of organizational structure, internal processes, and documentation.
    • Ensure employee project time and expense reporting.
    • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process.
    • Ensure employee training requirements are complete.
    • Coordinate knowledge-sharing activities.
    • Support recruiting efforts, including communication with recruiters, scheduling interviews, and posting job descriptions online.
    • Utilize online recruiting tools and manage candidate tracking and evaluation.
  • Facilities Management:
    • Serve as the point person for office supplies, food and drinks, mailings/deliveries, equipment, and maintenance.
    • Maintain office workspace and conference rooms.
    • Register and provide general support to visitors.
    • Liaise with building management for office maintenance and facility amenities access and scheduling.
  • Tech & Operational Management:
    • Liaise with staff to ensure technology asset and tool tracking.
    • Liaise with IT to ensure equipment security, backup, and training.
    • Maintain the organization's intranet in coordination with the Managing Director, Operations.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
