Location:

RESPONSIBILITES include but are not limited to:

General Support:

·        Prioritize requests and follow up with users; Escalate calls to second/third level support

·        Provide first line how-to and troubleshooting for virtual desktop, laptops, desktops and mobile devices

·        Provide support for applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, Document Management, Litigation Support etc.

·        Open trouble tickets with vendors

·        Maintain office hardware including PCs, laptops, printers, and AV equipment

·        Create SharePoint links for file shares

Mobile Support:

·        Provide provisioning, support and maintenance for iPhone, iPad, and Android devices

·        Produce supporting documentation and conduct mobile device / remote access training

PC/Laptop Support:

·        Maintain the firm’s standard PC and laptop images and reimage as needed

·        Coordinate with litigation support on installation/image of “trial laptops”

·        Coordinate with repairs (shipping laptops or parts for repair)

·        Assist with portable encrypted media

Training:

·        Train end-users on various applications
