Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Vision

  • Define and drive the enterprise AI strategy, aligned with our mission to empower people and deliver trusted title insurance solutions.
  • Identify and prioritize AI opportunities in underwriting, title production, claims, fraud detection, compliance, and customer engagement.
  • Promote a responsible AI culture, ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes that strengthen the financial performance, competitive positioning, and agent/customer experience.

Business Innovation & Transformation

  • Champion AI as a driver of business transformation, embedding tools and capabilities that simplify processes, reduce costs, and expand the market impact.
  • Introduce scalable AI models (NLP, predictive analytics, generative AI) that integrate seamlessly into systems, platforms, and customer touchpoints.
  • Partner across business units to embed AI into daily operations — from automating document review to enabling predictive insights that support our agents and customers.
  • Oversee deployment of NLP, generative AI, and automation tools to increase efficiency and improve the accuracy.

Governance & Risk Management

  •  Develop and manage AI governance frameworks to meet the highest standards of security, data privacy, and compliance with state and federal guidelines.
  • Monitor AI model performance, ensuring ongoing accuracy, reliability, and risk management.

Leadership & Collaboration

  •  Serve as executive AI champion, educating internal teams, executives, and partners on AI’s potential.
  •  Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and industry groups to keep at the forefront of title industry innovation.
  •  Foster a people-first culture where AI is viewed as a tool for empowerment, not replacement—creating confidence and engagement across teams.

Qualifications

  •  MBA or advanced degree in Business, Strategy, or related field with strong technical foundation (Computer Science, Data Science, or AI/ML experience preferred).

Experience:

  • 10+ years in senior leadership roles driving enterprise transformation, innovation, or strategy in regulated industries (insurance, financial services, real estate preferred).
  •  Proven ability to bridge business strategy with advanced technology adoption, delivering tangible business outcomes.
  •  Demonstrated experience leading AI, data analytics, or digital transformation initiatives at scale.

Skills:

  • Exceptional business acumen with the ability to align AI strategy to growth, profitability, and customer success.
  •  Deep understanding of enterprise data platforms, cloud AI services, and applied AI tools.
  •  Strong communicator and change agent, able to influence stakeholders across the enterprise.
  •  Collaborative, people-first leader who builds trust and inspires innovation
