Schedule: 40 hours per week

Pay Rate: $18–22/hr

Overview:

A professional sports organization in Boston is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 6–8 week temporary assignment. This is a great opportunity for a junior-level candidate looking to gain experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment within the sports industry. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and able to handle high-volume interactions with fans and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

·        Provide ticketing support, event information, and general assistance

·        Troubleshoot basic account or access issues

·        Maintain accurate notes and records of customer interactions

·        Assist with game-day or event support as needed

·        Escalate issues appropriately to supervisors or internal teams

·        Deliver positive, professional service at all times

Qualifications:

·        1+ year of customer service experience (retail, call center, hospitality, etc.) preferred

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·        Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable following process

·        Able to handle a fast-paced environment

·        Basic computer skills; experience with CRM/ticketing systems a plus

·        Dependable and team-oriented
