Key Responsibilities:

• Copy edit and proofread diverse electronic and print projects for grammatical accuracy, maintaining brand-specific style and tone.
• Fact-check documents, ensuring precision across all types of assignments.
• Identify inconsistencies and provide suggestions for revising unclear language.
• Apply proofing and design changes, reviewing updated assets to ensure error-free implementation.
• Ensure strict adherence to corporate, product branding, and legal/med-legal compliance guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Copy Department to search for relevant clinical studies.
• Provide regular updates on competitive brand information.
• Meet deadlines with precision.
• Display tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality in handling information.
• Available for remote work with flexible hours.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in copy editing and proofreading diverse projects.
• Keen attention to detail with a focus on grammatical accuracy and style.
• Ability to identify inconsistencies and suggest improvements.
• Familiarity with legal and med-legal compliance guidelines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Remote work availability with flexibility.
