Warehouse Technician | Job ID: Job #1954


We are seekinging a Warehouse Technician based in Lowell, MA. We are seeking an energetic, motivated individual looking to build a career in the fire alarm industry.



  • Answer incoming warehouse telephone calls.
  • Process all incoming and outgoing RMAs (Return of Material).
  • Monitoring weekly UPS bill to identify and correct added shipping charges.
  • Tech call logging and reporting.
  • Inventory control – daily cycle counts.
  • Workflow Coordination – monitoring open order reports.
  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.


  • Strong work ethic and desire for achieving goals.
  • Good organizational skills with an attention to detail.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Team player able to work with other internal departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable record, will conduct background.
  • Experience with basic electrical circuits and installation preferred but not required.
  • Experience with installation and support of Fire Alarm system and components preferred but not required.
