About the Role:

We're seeking a dedicated Senior Trainer to join our team and enhance our client's employee development programs. You'll play a crucial role in designing, delivering, and evaluating training initiatives that drive employee performance and support business objectives.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and Deliver Training: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs across various topics, including professional skills, leadership, and technical expertise.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and tailor programs to meet specific business requirements.
  • Curriculum Development: Create engaging and effective training materials, including facilitator guides, learner guides, job aids, and assessments.
  • Project Management: Manage training projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and meeting key performance indicators.
  • e-Learning Development: Create and update e-learning courses using tools like Articulate Storyline.
  • Change Management: Facilitate change management initiatives and provide training support for system launches.
  • Employee Development: Coach and mentor employees at all levels to support their professional growth and development.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced Trainer: Possess 4-7 years of experience in designing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Have a strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
  • Tech-Savvy: Be proficient in using e-learning authoring tools and various technology platforms.
  • Effective Communicator: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project Manager: Have strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in training disciplines (e.g., ASTD, SHRM)
  • Experience with human resources or education
