Senior Marketing Manager Operations | Job ID: Job #1968


We are seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager for our client. This position is 4 days onsite in Worcester,MA one day working from home.


The candidate will serve as the customer ambassador throughout the customer journey to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience.

  • Partner with Marketing, Category management, IT, and other cross-functional teams to execute the technical operations of digital and engagement campaigns
  • Responsibility for the technical operations of all digital advertising channels
  • Oversight and reporting of consumer data tracking on the website
  • Define, measure, and analyze campaign metrics, communicate results, and implement actions that enhance effectiveness.
  • Own monthly reporting on all things Digital, including advertising, website, and email programs to be presented at weekly meetings and quarterly reviews.
  • Support coordination of multiple vendors to ensure program timelines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.


Bachelor’s Degree in Business Systems Management, Digital Marketing, or similar required; advanced degree preferred

  • Positive, can-do attitude regardless of the task at hand
  • 5+ years of B2C marketing experience
  • Proficiency in marketing automation – experience with Blaze and HubSpot a plus
  • Must be metrics-driven, strong analytical thinker with the ability to tell a story with data
  • Ability to blend big-picture, strategic thinking with a highly tactical mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in and proven track record in developing the operational backbone and managing multi-touch, integrated marketing campaigns within the digital environment
  • Excellent project and people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to consistently orchestrate, prioritize, and manage multiple projects, from concept through implementation
