Seeking a Legal Assistant to join their New Jersey office. Ideal candidates would have 3+ years of experience in a law firm or legal environment engaging in the following:

  • Excellent computer skills and experience with trial preparation.
  • Must have prior experience with litigation procedures and processes, e-filing, and creating table of authorities.
  • Must have familiarity with State and Federal court procedures and rules.
  • Ability to work in a team-based setting with other Legal Assistants supporting multiple attorneys.
  • Ability to coordinate meetings, travel, expense reimbursements and input time for attorneys.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word skills, Outlook, Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task, Self-motivated, Detail oriented, and a team player.
