Location:

Job duties include:

·         Reporting daily activities to the Regional Lead Technician.

·         Self-starting initiative for daily activities.

·         Creating a safe work environment by following policies.

·         Properly using implemented software for scheduling work, completing work forms and forwarding the information to the customer.

·         Maintaining a constantly replenished inventory for repairs.

·         Maintaining company vehicle, credit card, laptop, phone and tools.

·         Creating and maintaining a professional relationship with the customer.

·         Traveling for factory training classes on the client’s Products.

·         Overnight travel as needed.

·         Compensated After-hours on-call rotation once trained accordingly.

·         Compensated After-hours technical support rotation once trained accordingly.

·         Additionally, there will be other duties and responsibilities as required by management.
