Digital Marketing Manager – Performance & SEO

We’re looking for a talented digital marketer to manage our paid advertising and SEO efforts to reach small business owners nationwide.


  • Manage day-to-day operations of performance marketing campaigns to acquire new customers for our direct-to-consumer business.
  • Partner with agencies to execute campaigns across search engines (SEM), social media (paid social), programmatic advertising, affiliate marketing, and SEO.
  • Leverage data, technology, and customer insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team and report to the Digital Marketing Senior Manager.

You’re a Rockstar if You:

  • Have 4-5 years of experience in digital performance marketing (experience at an agency and in insurance/financial services a plus).
  • Are an expert in campaign planning, execution, and optimization across major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Stay on top of paid media trends and platform updates to anticipate campaign impact.
  • Love data and can use it to identify trends, improve targeting, and optimize campaigns.
  • Advocate for customer experience by incorporating insights from various teams and best practices.
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment and work effectively across departments to achieve business goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute strategic digital advertising campaigns on various platforms.
  • Collaborate with content and tech teams to implement SEO strategy and track key metrics.
  • Oversee agency teams and maintain relationships with key vendors.
  • Analyze campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights for optimization.
  • Design A/B tests to identify winning elements and maximize campaign results.
  • Clearly and concisely measure and report channel performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, design, content, web) and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment with marketing goals.
  • Maintain a change log.
  • Stay ahead of the digital marketing curve by recommending new trends and technologies for campaign optimization.
  • Manage daily execution and performance of the digital marketing strategy to meet campaign goals.


  • Strong interpersonal and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to translate media data into business insights for cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in SEO, including content development, link-building, and technical SEO knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for turning data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with A/B testing and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • A passionate problem-solver, resourceful, and adaptable to changing environments.
  • Up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000
