This role is for a data-driven analyst to join our team and play a key role in understanding user behavior on our platform. You'll use your web analytics expertise to identify trends, analyze user journeys, and translate complex data into clear reports and presentations for various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets from web analytics tools (like Adobe Analytics) to identify patterns, trends, and user behavior. (30%)
- Create regular and ad-hoc reports on key website metrics like traffic sources, user engagement, and content consumption. (30%)
- Communicate insights and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences across the organization. (15%)
- Maintain data accuracy and reporting efficiency by defining and updating tracking parameters and workflows. (15%)
- Work with development teams to ensure our analytics tools meet evolving business needs. (10%)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like data analytics, computer science, or marketing. (MBA a plus)
- 5+ years of experience using enterprise-level web analytics platforms and databases.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to explain complex data to diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Strong understanding of web analytics methodologies and best practices.
