UX/UI Designer
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on digital solutions, templates, and assets to enhance customer experiences.
- Develop user experience documentation, interface designs, and align project delivery with the intended concept.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate UX/UI concepts aligned with strategy, applying product design thinking for innovative solutions.
- Translate complex ideas into compelling digital experiences across platforms.
- Articulate concepts through user journeys, narratives, prototypes, wireframes, and information architectures.
- Act as a design representative, optimizing concepts based on feedback and analytics.
- Utilize UX/UI frameworks, ensuring adherence to visual and brand standards.
- Communicate effectively in internal and client meetings, representing the agency's perspective.
Key Qualifications:
- 7+ years of UX/UI design experience in agency or in-house settings.
- Understanding of digital product and user experience tools and methodologies.
- Experience with standards, guidelines, and digital playbooks/UI kits.
- Ability to interpret strategies, research, and generate effective solutions.
- Mastery of Figma and other modern digital product design tools.
- Experience gathering client feedback and managing requests.
- Strong interest in emerging digital and design trends.
- Portfolio demonstrating digital-first and brand-aligned creative thinking.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in UX, design thinking, HCI, or a related discipline.
